Desert island music

Last week when I was visiting my sis and BIL, we tried to list the five albums (okay, CDs – we’re showing our age) that we’d want to have on a desert island with us. (Remember, this is just a game; we did NOT discuss solar charging panels for our boom boxes or iPods – or food – or any other logical stuff.)

I’m not sure if I remember which ones I picked (are you surprised, considering my stellar memory?), but given time to think about it here’s my list, in no particular order:

1. Home Free, Dan Fogelberg

2. An Evening with John Denver, John Denver

3. Be As You Are: Songs From An Old Blue Chair, Kenny Chesney

4. CSN, Crosby, Stills and Nash

5. Boats, Beaches, Bars and Ballads, Jimmy Buffett

And if I had five more (okay, so I’m cheating – it’s my blog), I’d add:

6. Boat in Belize, Kelly McGuire

7. Live As I Can Be, Michael McCloud

8. Looking for Christmas, Clint Black

9. You Can Tune a Piano, But You Can’t Tuna Fish, REO Speedwagon

10. A Light in the Trees, Brian Crain

What’s your list? Care to share?
